in his "big truck book" from uncle jason (thank you you uncle jason!), he can point out what you ask him to. or he'll point to each one and say what it is. some of them are pretty hard, forklift, fuel tank, excavator.... and he likes to match the trucks in the small book with the one in the big book (same pictures). he'll say, "the same", but in taiwanese. i'm impressed. didn't know he knew all this!

mini cooper!!

thank you for the gift you left, ah-goo! uncle perry got him his favorite car. nj can spot one way before any of us can. he loves to point out vehicles and car types, but he's always especially excited about mini coopers.

oohh... baby

nj was very curious and kept trying to see baby. it made me nervous at first, but he was gentle, even touched his toes. so cute! they'll be playmates before we know it. :) thank you aunties for coming to visit!

balloon time

everyday he plays with this "get well soon" balloon. elmo is on it and it hasn't deflated yet. he drags it around, hits it, walks under the string so that it brushes his face and top of his head (reminds me of hammy and her bell).
