Volcano and Fountain

I only let him choose two things again. He got a brownie and m&m's out of all the choices! It might seem that he's only been eating desserts, but I'm posting it because it's rare that he gets these kinds of treats like this! NJ really enjoyed it!
He didn't like that it was loud...
But still thought it all the fire was pretty cool.
Stopping at a pretty fountain on the way to see the lone duck swimming in it.
Waiting patiently for the next show. Everyone's ready!
So cute to see how much the boys enjoyed it and were wowed by it. I caught a photo or two or their amazement and smiles.
Waiting for one more before we call it a night.
Thank you Ah-ee for the glow sticks, so cool!
It's hard to convince him to wear socks to bed. He doesn't like it, but I worry about his feet getting too cold at night. Tonight he decided that elephant should wear the socks. When he showed us Baba and I cracked up since it looked so ridiculous. Creative of him though.

"When is Uncle Scott racing?"

We're here! I tried to dress him warm since it was quite cold. At least compared to what we're used to.
As soon as he came out of the car he asked for ear plugs. I forgot them at home, but we have his thick hat that he could cover his ears with. it helped with muffling the loud motors, revving, music, and screeching. He doesn't like loud noises that much.
"Is this Uncle Scott's car?"
Uncle Scott tuning the car.
Time for a donut break.
NJ had several, but they are small at least.
Baba caught me eating one too. Auntie got some yummy flavors like pumpkin and red velvet. Mmm... I couldn't resist.
Let's work some of it off by walking over to the races to watch some. NJ was so excited to watch. The cars were so fast!
A new entertainment of watching another car run.
Some one brought their remote control car that the boys all had a ton of fun with. They chased it, dodged it, watched it, hid from it, and ran around with it.
His daddy's going off to race, how cute a last hug goodbye.
time to get over to the stadium.
Us too! Auntie with the boys. As usual, NJ gets into family photos as their adopted child. Silly guy. He just love his friends, uncles, and aunties so much that he wants to be with them and he's so used to photos he just gets in there. Or who knows why he does it!
Watching the cars pass.
Baba doing what he does best (and what he loves), taking photos and recording the race.
There's uncle's car getting ready to go! Awesome to watch.
The boys are playing some ball.
I went to sit in the car for a bit. I asked NJ if he wanted to follow Baba as he went to take photos. He said yes. I gave him my camera and said he could take some of his own pictures too. He seemed to really like that idea. They were pretty good when I went back to look at them. This is one he took of Uncle Scott's car from the front.
Baba got a picture of him taking this next photo of the car too.
Baba also got one of him taking this photo of me which I thought was funny.
It was fun to spend the day together to hang out, watch races, and show support.

"But he likes it!"

Yay, we got the boys in snacks and all! Off to the outlets for some shoes and underwear. Ha, ha.
NJ wanted his carmel puffs. I gave it to him on the condition that he share with the boys. Well, I turn around and see NJ feeding Connor like he does Dotty. I asked him why he was doing that and he said, "But he likes it!" I looked at Auntie and she laughed so I figured it was ok. Otherwise, it was an odd yet funny sight.
Lots of people and lots of shops.
Killing some time while waiting for the daddies to get back.
NJ and Cameron took turns playing a game, I'm not even sure what it was! It was so kind and big brotherly of him to share with NJ and teach him how to play.
Family dinner together... Oh boy, sugar overload, this is going to be fun!
Guess who got to hold one while he ate the other? Did I ever mention how slow he eats? Especially ice cream cones! I'm just glad he was happy.
