Lunch with my favorite friend (best friend). We tried the new noodle place next door to our favorite bakery. It was the perfect day to sit outside, not hot, not cold. 

Yikes, where did that come from? I'm sure it'll be fixed with the rest of the floor.

NJ's closet is coming together. 

The difference in color is big. No more bright green.

NJ played while I went through some clothes we got from Auntie.

And on to egg filling with me.

Then the three of us sort through all his bins full of pieces to sort them. There were more piles than we expected! Blue, yellow, red, greens, browns, light grays, dark gray, black, white, mini figures with their accessories, tiny pieces, tires and rims, special pieces, half built vehicles... What have we done? 

The house is still coming along. 

The last of his homework this week. I think. I always think I'm missing something going through his folder and reading it all. 

A little play time before bed. Seems like it's been a long day. 

Paint is going on. We are still choosing the one for our bathroom, vanity area, and bedroom. That was a little harder to decide. We're loving the recessed lighting. 

Blood Moon

I came home late tonight and my mom comes running down the stairs to greet me as I'm walking in. She said to "come quick." I thought something was wrong. Upstairs I find NJ sound asleep and Baba is on the balcony with his camera and Mom has a pair of binoculars. I forgot about the moon turning red. She had been talking about it.

And Baba's camera/photography. He was taking some long exposures and without a tripod. Anyone would be impressed. He's always had real skills!

We tried to get them in for a photo, but these silly kiddos were having too much fun being weird! 

What a fun Sunday! It was nice to have people over and to get out a little.
