silly bunny

at our westwood apartment with baba, nj, grandma, and grandpa, we ate and sat around. nj said he wanted to go to UCLA to see the fountain. So we took a little field trip. the three sees went first for a stop at diddy riese (sp?), while grandpa and grandma went first. We met and browsed the gift shop.

*my first post since friday, january 21st. I didn't know when I could finally continue this. i barely have enough energy to do anything. but i have to start somewhere. i don't want to miss out on any more of my son growing and learning faster than I can keep up with. slowly, i plan to catch up with what i can. between this jan to march.

sorry for the drool, auntie

nj was coming up to talk to us while we sat around the table. he got a drop of drool on her jeans, pointed it out and said, "water". I said, "yes, you drooled on auntie". he walked away, but came back with a tissue and started wiping the spot on auntie sherry's jeans. there was also a lot of picking up trash to throw away and he showed off all the different trucks that he knows in his big truck book. funny guy.

in his "big truck book" from uncle jason (thank you you uncle jason!), he can point out what you ask him to. or he'll point to each one and say what it is. some of them are pretty hard, forklift, fuel tank, excavator.... and he likes to match the trucks in the small book with the one in the big book (same pictures). he'll say, "the same", but in taiwanese. i'm impressed. didn't know he knew all this!

mini cooper!!

thank you for the gift you left, ah-goo! uncle perry got him his favorite car. nj can spot one way before any of us can. he loves to point out vehicles and car types, but he's always especially excited about mini coopers.

oohh... baby

nj was very curious and kept trying to see baby. it made me nervous at first, but he was gentle, even touched his toes. so cute! they'll be playmates before we know it. :) thank you aunties for coming to visit!
