Mmm, rice rolls and warm, sweet soy milk for brunch. Ah-ma brought the good stuff, Taiwanese breakfast from one of our favorite places near her. He ate the entire thing plus some green onion pancake. I couldn't even finish mine. It was so yummy though.
NJ gave mom a pretty good laugh. He asked her help to fix something on his truck. She couldn't see so she put her glasses on to look. He was trying to get a closer look too so he took her glasses to put on. He thought he could also get a better look that way, but I'm sure it didn't work for him! Ah-ma was quite amused.
My mom brought some more plants for us. She brought in a lady bug and he brought out his bug kit trying to catch it.
He put it in the breathable container and had a good look at it.
They both found a good stick to put inside for it.
He's pretty excited about this!
NJ played his flute instruments from both Ah-ma's. He had a lot of fun, they both did. But Dot and I were not as happy, it was not easy on the ears!
I asked him to let the poor lady bug go since we don't want to torture or kill it.
NJ wanted to tell me he also caught an ant and a fly. It was cute that the two of them just hung out on the porch and were talking away about totally random things. I got some cleaning done in my office and bedroom while this was happening. I felt very productive with my mom occupying NJ and spending time with him.
I made us some smoothies again. NJ loves them so much. We ran out of straws though, he took the last one.
Baba put his tricycle in the garage and NJ found it I guess. He had a lot of fun on it like he used to. The seat cracked so much it's a bit wobbly, but fine. So many of our friend's kids are older and heavier so it's been well loved, haha!
Baba played a little handball with NJ. That is until the ball popped on the bushy fence. Must've been a branch with a sharp edge, there was a huge hole in it too big to try and fix.
Perfect timing to get out the soccer ball! They kicked the ball back and forth, trying to get it by each other. I loved being able to sit on our porch and just watch my boys play.

Bug Build! Or as they call it, kid Jenga. Ha, ha. They were having a lot of fun with it, it always looked like it was about to fall.

Woa, Legos and cars galore. I'm sure there are now pieces under our couch and in other random places! As long as they're having fun and getting along, it's great!
The boys brought out NJ's bunny hat he made. We were having a lot of laughs over it. We were taking turns and taking photos of each other. This one's the cutest of course!
