"Mama, just like at sam's club!"

Baba took the kids to get some dip'n dots. Happy little faces with ice cream in their hands.
He sees this scissor lift and says, "Mama, just like at sam's club!" Yes, but this one is much larger. He always wants to follow any type of machinery at the store.
"Racing" with his friend.

Children's Museum

"What are we doing today?" (Common, daily question along with: Now what are we doing?)
Arts and crafts area. He made a car and drew a truck on it.
So much fun with water! He got his shirt all wet, but it dried as we went through the rest of the place. Before we left, I let him go back again because he loved it so much and he got his shirt completely drenched. Good thing we were leaving and I had clothes in the car.
He spent almost all his time with this pretend toyota fixing and checking it.
A little grocery shopping.
Making a drink with fruits and vegetables thrown in. I asked him what he was making he says, "It's tomato juice."
Back to the car.
Construction work.
Checking out the animals as a vet.
I asked him which one is like Dotty, he says it's this one. I guess it was the closest.
A visit to the bank.
Back to the car again.
And back to the grocery store, now as a cashier.
He built his own lego car to put down the raceway.
And through the middle, you could climb and explore with so many levels. He went up and down the stairs, slides, and did the activities along the way.
NJ had nonstop fun, there was so much to do! We didn't even go everywhere or do everything. The water area and car kept him the most occupied. We also got to meet new friends there, how fun!

NJ was nice and entertained on his own if we needed to rest. We woke up to him saying, "Look at the castle I build!" I love when he uses his imagination and creativity.
NJ wanted to take a photo with his letter.
We told NJ to pick up the phone and he had no idea what we were talking about! And when Baba went to pick up the receiver for him, he still didn't know what to do! Hilarious, our kids don't know what phones are anymore.
One of NJ's favorite spots, in front of a pastry display. Too many great things to choose from, but didn't get anything.
Silly guy, looks like he was posing. He asked to go look. Of coarse, he wanted to stare at the chips and candy. He always asks, "Baba, come with me." But we're smarter than that, he wants us to follow him so that he can ask us to buy something. We let him look while we waited.
Hmm, I think a little someone wants some.
Today was much more relaxed, we slept in and wandered around.

Red Rock Adventure

Three families caravanning to sight see and hike.
A look around the visitor center.
Our first stop to walk around on the rocks.

NJ was doing such a great job, we were so impressed. He climbed easier than me and Baba without help or direction. He was even helping me. I think climbing that rock wall at school might have been helpful.
NJ was doing so well, I didn't want to deprive him of going higher and further. And of coarse, I pushed myself a little too much. I wanted NJ to go and see and I wanted the photos. By the time we were done I felt nauseous and faint. I felt like it was worth it but at the next hike I was so sad to not be able to go. I wish my body would do what the rest of me wants. NJ did fine with his  uncles and aunties.
One of our photo stops.

I wish we had brought ourselves a picnic lunch or at least better snacks and more water. It was beautiful everywhere you looked, it was impossible not to stop to thank God and appreciate His goodness. We need to do stuff like this more often! It was really nice to enjoy it together with our family and friends.
