Three families caravanning to sight see and hike.
A look around the visitor center.
Our first stop to walk around on the rocks.
NJ was doing such a great job, we were so impressed. He climbed easier than me and Baba without help or direction. He was even helping me. I think climbing that rock wall at school might have been helpful.
NJ was doing so well, I didn't want to deprive him of going higher and further. And of coarse, I pushed myself a little too much. I wanted NJ to go and see and I wanted the photos. By the time we were done I felt nauseous and faint. I felt like it was worth it but at the next hike I was so sad to not be able to go. I wish my body would do what the rest of me wants. NJ did fine with his uncles and aunties.
One of our photo stops.
I wish we had brought ourselves a picnic lunch or at least better snacks and more water. It was beautiful everywhere you looked, it was impossible not to stop to thank God and appreciate His goodness. We need to do stuff like this more often! It was really nice to enjoy it together with our family and friends.
