Pool and Potluck

Book group and families together for some pool time and eating together. NJ hasn't been in a pool since we used our own pool. I could tell he misses it since he loves the water so much. He was diving over and over and swimming back and forth having so much fun. He was the last kid in the pool. I went in with him and was so happy to see him playing so well with the older boys diving for rocks. I didn't hear even any arguments or anything but laughing and helping each other. I didn't have to worry about him. Occasionally he'd swim over to splash around with the younger two near the shallow end. It was great to watch him play nicely and enjoying himself.
Earlier today NJ and Baba went out to get mail at the house and check out the open house. NJ is really interested in seeing who wants our house, who likes it, and who's going to live there. It's cute. I wish we knew too. He's been asking a lot. He wants to go to the open houses and asks so many questions about it. I love that he's so curious. 

Court and Market

Hello old friend! We got to meet his baby sister too. So good to see them even for just a little. 

Back home to carpool with friends to visit their dad's work. They're celebrating the last day of his old job and into his new one. So nice of them to invite us to go with them.

Cutest witness!

The boys had so much fun playing with the pencil sharpener. It's like they've never seen one before. Oh wait, they probably haven't! They had too much fun being fascinated with it and trying to chew up a pencil the best they could. Each took turns pushing in the pencil or turning the sharpener. Who knew an old gadget would be so entertaining. 

So cute how they liked sitting at the desks and pretended to talk on the phone. Both of them said they'd like office jobs. 

Off to home after our morning at the courts. It was nice visiting and meeting co-workers. 

This guy is so tired. He still sleeps with his palms up like he did when he was a baby. Always makes me laugh. 

Uncle Jason and NJ ready for some early dinner. It's hot! At least there's not a lot of people and we can get in and out faster. 

Just as we had a talk with him about no sweets this time, just some meat. This girl came up to him to give him a free cotton candy. Oh my. Why?! It was nice of them, but such bad timing. 

My slipper broke as soon as we got there. I couldn't believe it, how will I walk with them and the asphalt was super hot. So NJ and I waited on the grass for Baba and Uncle Jason to find me something. 

Oh my. I know they did their best because there was nothing else and I needed something. I just had to laugh, this is crazy and so not me! Except for the color. 

Uncle and Baba shared their japadogs with NJ. They all really liked it. We didn't stay long since the heat was getting to us. What a day, we're tired! 

Fun with Painting

We had a painting day with the kids, they seemed to love it. I forgot to take photos of each of them and what they painted, they were so cute. It was fun though to have them over. They watched some DVDs together and Auntie got some homework done. We ended up all having dinner together by the time we were all done with everything. That was really nice. 

Lunch, Grandma's, and Store

Lunch with my best friend and our three rambunctious boys! They all had quite a bit of energy. At least they got along well and laughed a lot. This was fun! Great to see them.

A visit with Ah-ma. He jumped at the chance to get on her iPad for thirty minutes. His only access to electronics. He was watching some Lego city videos. I fell asleep on the couch. I meant to lay down a few minutes, but by the time I woke up I was already behind on leaving before traffic. 

NJ's been making these things, every morning there's been a new one. 

I took him on a trip to the store to get some essentials. He had to stop to look at his favorite thing. 

I offered to pick something up from the store for a friend so we went by to drop it off. They were so nice to offer us dinner and we hung out for a bit. Thank you for the hospitality! 

We told him he couldn't talk loudly or sing the movie through since there was a sleeping baby in the car. So he excitedly worded everything and did all kinds of crazy motions instead. It wasn't very restful sitting next to this high energy guy. 

Finally he falls asleep!
