nj was so excited about class that he repeated, "ah-ee, guh-guh" the whole way there. and when we got there, he went right up to them and said, "uncle scott" (as he pointed at him). we were surprised since it was unprompted and we haven't said it in a while. the girls in the class were quite rambunctious and nj was the one to follow along, which is funny. he's the quiet, mellow, youngest, and only boy. ha, ha...
he also went to his very first car race with baba and uncle tristan. he said, "uncle tristan" for the first time too. baba has the photos of their time together. i'm told he had a lot of fun. but as engines revved, he'd put his head behind baba's knees and sometimes between them as he looked up and around. cute.
