Dinner play date with some friends and their growing kids. They all look the same, but so much bigger! I was so tired all day and I just wanted to sleep after church. But I'm so glad I could go and connect with some old friends. It was a beautiful day, beautiful house, good food, and a great time catching up.
NJ and I had to rush home so he has enough rest for school the next day. I'm reading him his devotional before bed on his bedroom floor. I realize that there are ants on my hand. It took a lot not to react too much so that NJ wouldn't either. I had to spray the ants and I didn't want to put him in the room to breathe it the rest of the night. So I set up his bed in our room, good thing there's enough room now. So he got to bed later than normal, but hopefully he'll be ok. I let him fall asleep in the room first before I went in to sleep so I could still get stuff done. He slept well so that's good.
