We're here! I tried to dress him warm since it was quite cold. At least compared to what we're used to.
As soon as he came out of the car he asked for ear plugs. I forgot them at home, but we have his thick hat that he could cover his ears with. it helped with muffling the loud motors, revving, music, and screeching. He doesn't like loud noises that much.
"Is this Uncle Scott's car?"
Uncle Scott tuning the car.
Time for a donut break.
NJ had several, but they are small at least.
Baba caught me eating one too. Auntie got some yummy flavors like pumpkin and red velvet. Mmm... I couldn't resist.
Let's work some of it off by walking over to the races to watch some. NJ was so excited to watch. The cars were so fast!
A new entertainment of watching another car run.
Some one brought their remote control car that the boys all had a ton of fun with. They chased it, dodged it, watched it, hid from it, and ran around with it.
His daddy's going off to race, how cute a last hug goodbye.
time to get over to the stadium.
Us too! Auntie with the boys. As usual, NJ gets into family photos as their adopted child. Silly guy. He just love his friends, uncles, and aunties so much that he wants to be with them and he's so used to photos he just gets in there. Or who knows why he does it!
Watching the cars pass.
Baba doing what he does best (and what he loves), taking photos and recording the race.
There's uncle's car getting ready to go! Awesome to watch.
The boys are playing some ball.
I went to sit in the car for a bit. I asked NJ if he wanted to follow Baba as he went to take photos. He said yes. I gave him my camera and said he could take some of his own pictures too. He seemed to really like that idea. They were pretty good when I went back to look at them. This is one he took of Uncle Scott's car from the front.
