Clinic day at UCLA. It was so hard to get up early, go out, and be out for a long time. So tired. We slept in the car. Baba in the passenger seat and me in the trunk with the back seats down. When my coordinator asked what we did between appointments I said I slept in the trunk. I got the weirdest look from her, but we laughed. She pictured me in a car trunk, but we assured her that we had a small suv with an open, roomy trunk. Ha, ha. Can't wait to go home and sleep in my own bed, this is so tiring. We had to leave so early this morning and had to ask a friend to come over to help with Nathan in the morning and bring him to school. So thankful for that because there's not a lot of people that are available, that we trust, that NJ knows well enough, and that would be willing. It worked out great! NJ always likes seeing friends so he was excited to know that there was someone he could see first thing in the morning. (Thank you, Becky!)
In the afternoon, one of my book group friends came to visit with her baby daughter. So sweet for them to come by to see me! It's nice to see others that come over since I can't go out. My immune system is even more vulnerable so I can't be around in public or especially crowds. Not fun. So far I haven't gotten too stir crazy yet. Being happy to just be home hasn't worn off yet. (Thank you Karyn and Kalia!)
