Every morning I watch him struggle to button his pants. Not because of coordination like when he was little, but because they are so snug. The length is perfect, but his belly is growing. It doesn't help that usually when he's looking down, his stomach goes out even further. Might be time to switch out his clothes.
Homework time. It's been easier for him to do homework at this smaller table because of it's height and the stool height.
After homework, I asked him to finish up writing his letters to three new pen pals.
He wrote what he wanted and asked me to help with some spelling. He wanted to put his sunday school memory verse and recited it. But he went up to reference the verse written on his mirror in his room for spelling.
